Terms and Conditions of Competition Entry

1. Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 18 years and over who make a qualifying purchase during the promotional period.
2. Promotion commences on the 1st October 2022 at 9.00am AEDST, and closes 11.59pm 31st October 2022 AEDST. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Purchase $200 or more of any Fleetguard product at any participating MaxiPARTS Dealership during the promotional period. You can enter more than once by making additional qualifying purchases during the promotional period.
4. The draw will take place on Monday 7th November 2022.
5. The winners will be notified by email and phone following the draw (within 24 hours). The first valid entry drawn will win 1 Yamaha Peewee bike plus $200 voucher for a helmet, valued at $2,800.
6. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
7. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunction or failures.
8. Personal information that is collected by the Promoter will only be used for the purpose stated above. The Promoter will take reasonable precautions to protect the information from unauthorised use.
9. The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law.
